We collect and process personal information through transparent and lawful ways, as a data controller we are responsible for processing the information you provide to us and our policy enlists the ways we process and may use your personal information.

We collect data in variety of ways such as through our sites, job application, social media, in person recruitment, online screenings and through the “Contact Us” feature on our Site. The data we collect includes contact information, employment/education history, work authorization status, NI number and referees. As well as this we may collect additional information where required by law and consent has been provided by you. We will keep your personal data for the time period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, taking into account applicable statute of limitation periods and records retention requirements under applicable law. Subject to applicable law, we will retain your personal data as required by the company to meet our business and compliance obligations, for example, to comply with our tax and accounting obligations.

Usage

As a controller, data is collected and gathered on legitimate interest of providing work to candidates and candidates to our clientele. The data given to us is used to assess your suitability for available positions via qualifications and employment history, online screenings with consultants. For our clientele, we use information provided by your company to find the best suitable candidates for the positions available.

Process

We process the personal data we collect for the sole purpose discussed in the policy notice, we process your data when it is in our legitimate interest and ensure that your data protection rights are not overridden. StackSquad may process your data when we need to fulfil a contract with you, for example sending your CV to our clientele for a job role and this only with your consent.

For the data we process we maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal data you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. At StackSquad, we understand the necessity to protect your data rights which include right to erasure and rectify any inaccurate/incomplete data held on the candidate.

Your Rights
